Our Splash Sessions introduce groups to a range of activities over a period of 2 hours. These sessions require more supervision than actual instruction and all of our staff are involved.

All staff training in supervision and instruction is conducted in house and all our staff induction program and training schedules have been approved by AALA at the start of the season to ensure all staff members are capable of maintaining the high standards we expect and require.
All our watersports staff are First Aid trained and some have acquired or are training for the RLSS beach Lifeguard award.

Please note: All staff who are currently undertaking our in house training program who lead an activity will be supervised by our Centre Manager or Chief Instructor throughout the duration of the activity.

Rescue boats are provided for all on water activities and are manned by staff who hold minimum of the RYA powerboat level 2 award. All the centre equipment provided for use is of a high standard and is regularly maintained through the centre maintenance log.

All persons participating in on water activities are provided with a full long sleeve wetsuit, buoyancy aid and cagoule. All our staff are provided with a full training manual which contains Normal Operating Procedures and EAP. This is produced internally specifically for the use of our staff and the particular circumstances of this watersports centre.

It should be further noted that all our activities take place close to the beach within 50metres of the shore.
